About Us
Gutema Firisa Construction is a reputable construction company engaged in high-quality infrastructure development projects across Ethiopia. We are looking for a skilled and motivated Site Engineer to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily site operations to ensure project execution as per the design and schedule.
- Supervise construction work, ensuring quality standards and safety regulations are met.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors for smooth workflow.
- Prepare site reports, technical drawings, and documentation.
- Monitor material usage and ensure timely procurement of necessary resources.
- Address on-site technical challenges and propose solutions.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: BSc in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
- Experience: Minimum 3 yearsof experience in a similar role, preferably in building and road construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, site supervision, and safety standards.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other relevant software.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
